There is no right to cancellation or rebooking for scheduled online tickets in case of bad weather.
ArkaZien is open even in bad weather
Dear visitors,
Rain clouds may pass over ArkaZien, or a misty haze may hang over the park. As long as there is no severe storm or persistent heavy rain, ArkaZien's gates will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on visitor days. In cases of extreme weather, the park management may decide to close at short notice. Unfortunately, we cannot notify all pre-booked guests individually in such a short time. We appreciate your understanding.
Online tickets remain valid even in bad weather
Those who book in advance in our online shop can enjoy two advantages:
1.) Early bird tickets are available at a discounted rate for bookings made 7 days in advance.
2.) Guaranteed entry on your chosen visit date.
However, there is also a risk associated with booking online tickets: they are non-refundable and non-transferable! (Our Terms and conditions contain all information regarding ticket purchases.)
Tickets may be given to other guests on-site by the purchaser or resold online (private resale).
Stay flexible with our day tickets at the park ticket booths.
750 tickets are available from 10:00 AM each day we're open. That's a lot! With day tickets, you can decide on the day itself whether you want to come to ArkaZien.
