Day tickets for ArkaZien can be purchased at the park ticket office and also online on the day of the visit.
The online tickets are sent by email. This allows you to bypass the ticket counter and go directly to the turnstile to scan the QR code. The online ticket must either be printed or saved on your smartphone.
Online tickets cannot be cancelled, rebooked or exchanged at the park ticket office.
Tickets cannot be reserved by phone or at the park ticket offices for a specific date.

Important Information
* Families with more than 2 children pay €17.00 for each additional child, e.g. when booking the early bird child ticket online or as a discounted child ticket at the park ticket office (proof required).
** For every 10 paying children, one accompanying adult receives free admission. Additional accompanying adults must pay the regular ticket price online or at the box office.
Additional information
(1) Children up to and including 3 years of age do not pay admission.
(2) A paying child is defined as a person aged 4 to 17 years.
Season tickets for 2026
Experience Arkazien from April to October 2026!
Season tickets for 2026 are available in our Onlineshop. From the 2026 season onwards, they can also be purchased directly at the park ticket office.
A season ticket is personal and non-transferable. If a season ticket is purchased through our online shop, it will be issued as a temporary ticket. The ticket holder must present this temporary ticket at the entrance. There, a digital photograph will be taken, and a personalized season ticket with the photo will be issued. Entry with a season ticket is only possible after personal verification at the entrance. The image data will not be used for any purpose other than identity verification for entry to ArkaZien. The season ticket entitles the holder to entry during opening hours. Special events are excluded from entry.
