750 day tickets at the park ticket office and 750 tickets in the online shop
Day tickets for ArkaZien can be purchased at the park ticket office and also online on the day of the visit.
The online tickets are sent by email. This allows you to bypass the ticket counter and go directly to the turnstile to scan the QR code. The online ticket must either be printed or saved on your smartphone.
Online tickets cannot be cancelled, rebooked or exchanged at the park ticket office.
Tickets cannot be reserved by phone or at the park ticket offices for a specific date.

We accept cash and debit cards at our park ticket offices. You can also redeem ArkaZien vouchers in the park.

Season tickets 2026
Season tickets make wonderful gifts for adventurers of all ages. They are valid in advance and can be exchanged for a personalized season pass at the ticket office. The 2026 season runs from April 1st to October 31st, 2026.
